Our High Performance base colors are intermixable to create thousands of base colors. Base colors can also mixed with our other products: Candy, Spectracoat, Sparkle, flip paint etc.
Specialist Paints Premium Base Colors require mixing 2:1 with Reducer.
Available in: Pint, Quart and Gallon sizes.
Base Application:
Base Coats are easy to apply and can even be applied by an airbrush.
(Always spray test panels before spraying you product or project)
Start by prepping your project as you would any other paint job. (Sand, Prime, etc.)
Mix Base 2-1 with Reducer and stir well.
Apply 2-3 coats Leave 10-15 minutes between coats.
Apply effect color or 2k Show Clear for a Real Deep Gloss finish.
